TIC AMERICAS: ECO-CHALLENGE 2014

Background: World leaders are working to set the direction and define the new goals for the post-2015 development agenda. PepsiCo and YABT believe in the power of youth to activate positive change, therefore through this edition of Eco-Challenge we aim to demonstrate to the international community what can be done at the local level by young people, through the use of entrepreneurship to develop solutions that support sustainable development.

Eco-Challenge: Develop and implement a business project or idea that aims the Sustainable Development in your community, country or region.

• Teams must present a description of the solution and design of the project following the Eco-Challenge template that includes:
  • An implementation strategy and plan, identifying the target audience and a 6-12 month budget.
  • An operational website (optional) and
  • Promotional photos OR digital video OR graphical presentation.
• Teams registering for the Eco-Challenge Awards must be citizens or legal residents of a country within Latin America and the Caribbean region (Please see the General Terms and Conditions to verify your participation eligibility).
