Metrology for Quality Assurance of Ambient Air Measurements in Monitoring Networks

Objetive:

The objective of the workshop is to strengthen the metrological capabilities associated with the operation, maintenance, and calibration of air quality monitoring stations. The workshop will foster regional and international partnerships, and the exchange of practices between organizations in the fields of quality assurance, metrology and air quality monitoring.

This activity is part of the project “Metrology for Sustainable Energy Technologies and the Environment (M4SET),” and is organized by the Department of Sustainable Development of the Organization of American States (OAS), in cooperation with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), the National Metrology Center of Mexico (CENAM), the Costa Rican Metrology Laboratory (LACOMET) and the Costa Rican National University (UNA).
