Launch of the Regional Energy Efficiency Program. Towards A New Regional Energy Agenda
On Friday, September 12 “Regional Energy Efficiency Program will be launched. Towards A New Energy Agenda Regional” developed jointly by the regional organizations linked to the energy sector: ALADI, ARPEL, ECLAC, CIER, OEA, OLADE and WEC and sponsored by CAF.
The activity’s main objective is to promote the market development of energy efficiency projects in Latin America.
The event will take place at 9:30hs, at the Cisneros room in the headquarters of the General Secretariat of ALADI located in Cebollatí 1461, Montevideo, Uruguay.
The launch will be preceded by a press conference with the participation of the participating agencies authorities.
It will be webcast in real time on the ALADI website: www.aladi.org.
The regional program is the second phase of the Energy Sector Report for Latin America and the Caribbean: Towards a Shared Agenda Energy, a product of concerted effort and work of the institutions indicated in recent years.
