Fifth Caribbean Sustainable Energy Forum: Future Energy 2027
The CSEF V is being hosted by the CARICOM Secretariat and the Government of The Bahamas. Support for the Forum is being provided by the United States Department of State, through the Energy and Climate Partnership of the Americas (ECPA) executed by the Organization of American States (OAS); the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), through the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Technical Assistance (REETA) Programme; the Inter‑American Development Bank (IDB); and the World Bank.
Connecting policy and strategy with implementation and practice, the event is aimed at, inter alia, facilitating high level dialogue and identifying actions that can promote a shift to sustainable energy, through increased use of renewable energy sources and improvements in energy efficiency, within Member States.
