Energy Expert, Paul Westbrook, to Visit Peru on Behalf of ECPA Senior Fellows
Washington, D.C., November 13, 2012 – Paul Westbrook, a Senior Fellow in the Energy and Climate Partnership of the Americas (ECPA), will be traveling November 13 through November 16, 2012 to participate in meetings and events in Peru including the II SIMPOSIO REGIONAL DE EFICIENCIA ENERGÉTICA. ECPA Senior Fellow Paul Westbrook is a Sustainable Development Manager at Texas Instruments.
Mr. Westbrook is an expert LEED Accredited Professional, recognized as a leader and speaker in efficiency and whole-system integrated design across the spectrum from residential projects to large industrial facilities. His primary focus is on energy and water efficiency. During his exchange to Peru, Mr. Westbrook will present at the II SIMPOSIO REGIONAL DE EFICIENCIA ENERGÉTICA, where he will discuss regional cooperation and ideas regarding multinational projects and initiatives on energy efficiency. He will also meet with the Ministry of Environment’s specialist on international cooperation and the General Director for Energy Efficiency at the Ministry of Energy and Mines. Additionally, Mr. Westbrook will visit with members from the Green Building Council and tour a science and technology fair.
