Eighth Regular Meeting of the Inter American Committee on Science and Technology (COMCYT) Held in Washington D.C

The Eighth Regular Meeting of the Inter-American Committee on Science and Technology (COMCYT) is being held this year in Washington, D.C. The meeting will include various reports on the activities of Competitiveness, Innovation, and Technology Section of the Department of Economic and Social Development.

Rubén Contreras, from the Department of Sustainable Development, was invited to give a joint presentation with Claire Saundry from the US National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) about the new project “Renewable Energy and Climate Science: Metrology and Technology Challenges in the Americas.”
