Course on Climate Change Diplomacy: International Climate Negotiations

This course aims to urge the leaders of the Least Developed Countries – which are most vulnerable to climate change – to incorporate the message of the effects of climate change on the different aspects of international and diplomatic affairs. At the same time it addresses “The post Kyoto era,” providing an initial guide and an overview of climate change agreements to infer their scope and possibilities within a geopolitical framework that enables them to understand the scope of mitigation, technology and financing issues within the framework of the post- Kyoto era.
