Clean Energy Expert Paul Westbrook to Visit Bolivia on Behalf of ECPA Senior Fellows
| Paul Westbrook, a Senior Fellow in the Energy and Climate Partnership of the Americas (ECPA), will be traveling to Bolivia from July 23 – 28, to participate in meetings and events regarding clean energy and green building, in coordination with the U.S. Embassy in Bolivia. Mr. Westbrook is a LEED accredited professional who works in sustainable development for Texas Instruments, in Dallas, where he is also a senior member of the technical staff.
