Request for Quotations: Capacity building to support the Sustainable Island Resource Framework Fund (SIRF Fund) in Antigua and Barbuda

The General Secretariat of the Organization of American States (GS/OAS) through the Sustainable Energy Capacity Building Initiative (SECBI) under the auspices of the Energy and Climate Partnership of the Americas (ECPA) announce this “Request for Quotation”.

Consultants wishing to quote to assist in the initiative Capacity building to support the Sustainable Island Resource Framework Fund (SIRF Fund) in Antigua and Barbuda are invited to submit applications.

We would appreciate to receive your company’s proposal no later than 5:30 p.m. EST, on May 8^th 2015.
