Climate Change Expert Michael Webber to Visit Costa Rica on Behalf of ECPA Senior Fellows
Michael Webber, a Senior Fellow in the Energy and Climate Partnership of the Americas (ECPA), will be traveling to Costa Rica from June 4-8, to discuss emerging global trends in clean energy including waste-to-energy and other alternative renewable sources. Dr. Webber will also explore and learn about legal / regulatory hurdles to the integration of more alternative sources to power electricity and fuel transportation in Costa Rica.
