Training workshop on Project negotiation and Manual to support the Sustainable Island Resource Fund (SIRF)

The Organization of American States under the Sustainable Energy Capacity Building Initiative (SECBI) seeks to enhance local capacity of the Environment Division and its project partners – Antigua and Barbuda Public Utility Authority (APUA), the Debt Management Unit in the Ministry of Finance and the Energy Unit to operationalize the Sustainable Island Resource Framework Fund (SIRF) in Antigua and Barbuda. This training session will assist agencies to understand key agreements and terms to facilitate a smooth negotiation process. Among the key agreements include an operational manual, training fund management on risk management and due diligence.
