Objetivo:<\/strong> Continuar el proceso preparatorio iniciado en mayo de 2014 en M\u00e9xico durante el Foro Internacional de Energ\u00edas Renovables con vistas a establecer las condiciones pol\u00edticas y t\u00e9cnicas necesarias para la adopci\u00f3n de un Plan de Acci\u00f3n para la Alianza de Energ\u00eda y Clima de las Am\u00e9ricas (ECPA).
\nObjetivos particulares:<\/strong>
\n1. Revisar la misi\u00f3n y visi\u00f3n de la ECPA
\n2. Definir una nueva din\u00e1mica de liderazgo que permita una incidencia de todos los pa\u00edses en los temas que sean de su inter\u00e9s.
\n3. Relanzar los trabajos de los ejes tem\u00e1ticos de la ECPA mediante una nueva estructura que presente proyectos emblem\u00e1ticos.
\n4. Adoptar una nueva din\u00e1mica para el fortalecimiento de la ECPA estableciendo una mayor continuidad en la celebraci\u00f3n de las reuniones Ministeriales.
\nDin\u00e1mica del proceso preparatorio: <\/strong>Tomando en cuenta los antecedentes de la I Reuni\u00f3n de Ministros realizada en Washington, DC en abril de 2010, se est\u00e1n organizando reuniones preparatorias subregionales para Centroam\u00e9rica, Norte y Sudam\u00e9rica y el Caribe. La presente reuni\u00f3n corresponde a Sudam\u00e9rica. Cada subregi\u00f3n eval\u00faa los avances de las iniciativas y proyectos de la ECPA y formula posturas comunes en torno a los temas de inter\u00e9s con miras a la estructuraci\u00f3n de un Plan de Acci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
