DESCRIPTION:\nThursday, August 13, 2015 – Wednesday, August 26, 2015\nAPPLY NOW: $1.3 million grant program for environmental community projects\nBoston, MA, 15 July 2015 — Across North America, countless active community groups are tackling environmental challenges close to home. The Council of the Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC) is calling on local hands-on organizations to apply for a new C$1,325,000 grant program endorsed by the CEC Council at its 22nd annual session on July 15, 2015.\nThe North American Partnership for Environmental Community Action (NAPECA) grant program is designed to support non-profit nongovernmental organizations in Canada, Mexico and the United States that work with local communities to create a shared sense of responsibility for stewardship of the environment.
