Ministerial Meetings


The ministerial meeting is the highest decision-making body in the Energy and Climate Partnership of the Americas. Its main functions are to adopt decisions on the Plan of Action; determine the Partnership's structure; consider any matter relating to the pillars and areas of focus' propose measures for coordinating activities; fosters cooperation on sustainable energy issues of common interest; and take steps to ensure the financial sustainability of ECPA.

The OAS, through is Department of Sustainable Development, provides assistance to the host country during the preparation process for ministerial meetings.
